In his thought-provoking interview on Impact Theory, he postulates that people will need to upskill multiple times throughout their lives in order to stay relevant, with technology disruptors transforming industry and making some job roles obsolete.

While businesses in other industries suffer, these “pandemic-proof” companies have been experiencing growth. This changing dynamic may continue to play out long after the restrictions ease, shaping the very world we live in.
