Great read. Being able to listen to our gut and not fear based programming is something that should be taught in schools, among other things. Like most things, it takes some pain before we realise that the life that we've concocted is for someone else or maybe even a past self. We almost have to see how much or how long we can put up with it before we get buried by it and are forced to change course. It's ironic that with the best intentions, to better ourselves we try to learn the cheatcodes from others so we don't have to go through the hard yards and make the same mistakes but of course life is never that simple.

Here's to shutting off the external to make room for the internal.
