Each dawn signals a new day
Another chance to dream, ruminate and play
Every day we are made anew
But work and drudgery distort our view
We fill our heads with boundless disdain
As if we were the makers of our pain and gain
Surrender to the currents of the stream
And you will find things aren’t always as they seem
Close your mind and open your eyes
Be one…
